This is my current Wind Walker build. I just changed it recently using Irene's free skill initialization scroll. If you'll notice, I put 11 levels in air pounce and set spirit boost to just 1 level as well as blooming kick. I also placed 6 levels in circle shot. For PVE, this build is very nice.
